Project Management

Our Project Management team are trained in the latest techniques and practices to ensure that all products are delivered on time, to budget and to the correct technical specification. The use of both Primavera V5 and Microsoft Project software, ensures that these key objectives are achieved. All information is loaded live to the customer areas within the Manufax website.

Project success is achieved within the allocated time period, within the budgeted cost, at the proper performance level and with the acceptance by the customer.

The Project Team has the following responsibilities:

  • Single Point of Contact for all communication
  • Control of time, cost and performance (adherence to contract / purchase order)
  • Documentation of all work and distribution to key personnel / suppliers
  • Ensure all work performed, is both authorised and funded (adherence to contract / PO), and
  • Risk Analysis is evaluated against Cost, Schedule and Technical Issues, throughout the project lifecycle.


On every webpage our customers will find the ‘customer log in’ area. This function allows our customers to log in to our website and enter their customer specific area only. For example the Procurement Manager at Airbus UK will be able to view all Project information pertaining to Airbus UK contracts. The username and password will be issued to the customer by the Manufax Project Leader.

Once inside the customer specific area, the customer will be able to select the Active and Inactive projects and view all project information, assigned to that particular project
